Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu and former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila has said he had not given a serious thought about becoming the next governor of the Lagos state as was already being speculated.
Gbajabiamila said he is too preoccupied with his job as Tinubu’s CoS to think of contesting for govenor of Lagos State
He said it is too early to talk about the election as it is still two and half years away.
Gbajabiamila spoke on Saturday while addressing the general assembly of Surulere APC at the Indoor Hall of the Teslim Balogun.
He said his political detractors are envious of him and have misconstrued his political rise to mean that he was chasing a governorship ambition.
He said only God knows who will become the next governor.
