After series of public spats, threats, and violent attacks, Chairman of the Lagos State Parks and Garages Management (LSPGM)Alhaji Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya (MC Oluomo), Abdulazeez Adekunle Lawal (Kunle Poly) and Alhaji Abdul-Azeez Abiola (Istijabah) have reconciled.

The reconciliation was facilitated by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State.
Kunle Poly and Istijabah had been at loggerheads with MC Oluomo over control of garages in the state.
The Kunle Poly faction of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) has been at constant tussle for superiority with the MC Oluomo faction, particularly in Lagos Island.
Because of the several clashes between the two groups, the Lagos State government banned the activities of the union on Lagos Island.
Istijabah on the other hand is at loggerheads with MC Oluomo over control Lagos State chapter of Tricycle Owners and Operators Association of Nigeria (TOOAN).
Not satisfied with the unending crisis, Sanwo-Olu was said to have mandated the Commissioner of Transportation, Dr Frederick Oladehinde to reconcile the warring factions.
While speaking at reconciliation meeting held at Ministry of Transport headquaters in Alausa, where Kunle Poly and Istijabah voluntarily joined the LSPGM, Oladehinde charged members of the drivers’ unions to shun violence and bloodshed.
Present at the reconciliation meeting were the Special Adviser to the Governor on Transportation, Moses Oluwatosin Fayinka, the permanent secretary of the ministry, Olowoshago Kamar Owodiran and erstwhile Lagos State Commissioner of Police and Government Liaison Officer of LSPGM, Hakeem Odumosu.
