Members of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are currently engaged in a crucial closed-door meeting with the party’s caucus in the National Assembly.
The meeting is ongoing at the PDP office, Legacy House, in Maitama, Abuja, amid the party’s ongoing struggle among its prominent chieftains.
The meeting was convened at the instance of the BoT has part of consultations to find an amicable solution to the crisis of confidence among some of the party’s leaders.
Those at the meeting include Senator Wabara, Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Lere Oyewumi, House of Representatives Minority Whip, Hon. Ali Isa JC, and Hon. Pastor Ojema Ojotu, among others.
The BoT had on Wednesday met with the Chairman of party’s Governors’ Forum, Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi.
