- Candidate must possess a Doctorate Degree in any of Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, Psychology, with at least six (6) years of experience in University teaching and research in the relevant areas.
- Candidate must have been a Lecturer I for three (3) years.
- Candidate must have a good record of scholarly publications in reputable Journals in the relevant fields and demonstrate/proven ability to provide academic leadership.
- Evidence of professional qualification in education as well as proven/demonstrate capacity for academic leadership are added advantages.
- Candidates must be ICT compliant, in addition there will be IT proficiency test.

Condition of Service:
- The remunerations and other conditions of service for all successful applicants will be consolidated salary plus all the benefits and allowances normally attached to the position of same officers in the Nigerian University System.
- He/She will also enjoy other benefits and entitlements that could be approved by the Governing Council periodically.
