Christopher University is a private university approved by the federal Government on February 25, 2015 and licenced by the National Universities Commission (NUC) to begin academic operations on March 5, 2015.

Professor (Accounting)
Candidate Requirements
- Candidate must have been a Reader or Associate Professor for four years and possess a Doctorate degree in any of Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, Psychology, with at least ten (10) years in University teaching and research experience in the relevant areas.
- Candidate must have a good record of scholarly publications. Evidence of professional qualification in education as well as proven/demonstrate capacity for academic leadership are required.
- Sufficient administrative experience is also required.
- Candidates must be ICT compliant, in addition there will be IT proficiency test.
Professor (Economics)
Candidate Requirements

Professor (Marketing)

- Candidate must be an Associate Professor for at least four (4) years and must possess a Ph.D. in any of English Language/Literature and History with ten (10) years of teaching and research experience in a University or comparable institution with several scholarly publications in learned journals.
- Candidate must have Administrative experience and demonstrate/proven ability to provide academic leadership.
- A recognized relevant professional qualification in education wilt be an advantage.
- Sufficient administrative experience is also required.
- Candidates must be ICT compliant, in addition there will be IT proficiency test.
Professor (Psychology)
Candidate Requirements
- Candidate must have been a Reader or Associate Professor for four years and possess a Doctorate degree in any of Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, Psychology, with at least ten (10) years in University teaching and research experience in the relevant areas.
- Candidate must have a good record of scholarly publications. Evidence of professional qualification in education as well as proven/demonstrate capacity for academic leadership are required.

Associate Professor (English Language /Literature
Candidate Requirements
- Candidate must be a Senior Lecturer for at least three (3) years and must possess a Ph.D. in any of English Language/literature and History with eight(8) years of teaching and research experience in a University or comparable institution with several scholarly publications in learned journals.
- Candidate must have Administrative experience and demonstrate/proven ability to provide academic leadership.
- A recognized relevant professional qualification in Education will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be ICT compliant, in addition there will be IT proficiency test.
Associate Professor (Accounting)
