APC clears 28 aspirants for Kogi Guber primary

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has cleared 28 aspirants seeking to fly the party’s ticket in the November governorship election

The Screening Committee which looked into the qualifications of the 28 aspirants who picked the nomination forms to contest on the platform of the APC  released its result on Monday.

With the clerance,  all the aspirants will slug it out for the ticket of the party on August 29, 2015 at the Lokoja Township Stadium.

Speaking after receiving his certificate of clearance in Abuja, Monday, frontline aspirant, Alh. Yahaya Bello said the excellent remarks on his certificate testify to his qualifications and readiness to serve the people of Kogi State.

 

Another aspirants who spoke afetr collecting his clearance certificate, Sani Shaibu said he is ready to lead Kogi State to the next level. He said there is need for all Kogites to pull in one direction in order to achieve the aim of building a new Kogi State.

Other aspirants who scaled through the screening exercise are Chief Tim Nda Diche, Prince Abubakar Audu, Senator Nicholas Ugbane, Sen. Nurudeen Abatemi and others.
